Our video series; printable workbook; weekly emails and private community of like-minded mamas will help you find the solution that works best for you.
Weekly Pregnancy Emails
These weekly emails are included with our Pregnancy Program, or you can purchase them as an a la carte option. They’re not your typical “your baby is the size of a cantaloupe” email. Each week, you’ll receive a research-based, actionable, affirming email that addresses the challenges, joys and decisions you’re facing that specific week of your pregnancy. From sex to nutrition to how to talk to your doc, no topic is off limits!
Our most requested resource is becoming a reality! The Whole Mamas Postpartum Program will provide education and realistic tools for eating well and nourishing yourself postpartum. After giving birth, many moms feel abandoned by healthcare professionals. We’ve listened to your concerns and created a program that will change that reality. We’re putting the final touches on a Postpartum Program and can’t wait to launch it in 2020.
