Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m already in my third trimester? It is too late?
It’s never too late or too early to learn how to take care of yourself! We understand that women will be coming to this program at different stages. You will still benefit from the information, action steps, and resources to help you through the final stages of your pregnancy. In fact, some of the information is specifically tailored to the third trimester including your baby’s position, newborn procedures, and discussions you need to have with your partner.
Do I have to be pregnant to purchase?
Nope! Whole Mamas can help you create a dietary and lifestyle strategy before you conceive. We have lots of mamas-to-be in our community sharing their stories and asking questions regarding the preconception period. We even have comprehensive handouts regarding preconception care. You’re in good hands and will be supported by a community who “gets it.”
How are the videos delivered?
When you purchase the program, you’ll receive a link to the program along with your own login and password. The videos and all bonus materials are there, ready for you to watch any time; you don’t have to download them to your computer. Interested in a sample? Click to preview the section on commonly suggested pregnancy diets.
Do I have to watch all the videos at once, or in order?
We designed the pregnancy program with your unique needs and schedule in mind. Each topic is presented separately, in short, easy to watch videos. This allows you to view the videos related to diet and morning sickness in your first trimester, and save the videos on birth processes or alignment until you’re further along in your pregnancy. Or you can skip around based on what you’re currently experiencing, preparing for, or interested in. We know that information overload happens. We designed the weekly email series in part to help guide our mamas through their pregnancy. It’s available a la carte or with the purchase of the Pregnancy Program. Each week of the email series includes relevant links out to our pregnancy program.

“I worked with Steph doing private coaching during my first pregnancy. I joined Whole Mamas during my first #twoweekwait while trying again for baby number two. I felt like I needed some guidance, rules, and info to read to distract me from worrying about all the bad things I know can happen. The support from Steph and the group plus proper nutrition and sleep have relieved a lot of my stress from TTC. With info from the pregnancy program and the supportive ladies in the Facebook group, I have set myself up for success for when I do get pregnant again.” – Luciana F.
“I’m glad I purchased Whole Mamas Pregnancy Program despite the fact that I was nearly in my third trimester when the program began. There are great tools available, ranging from videos to grocery lists to registry recommendations. The Facebook support group is a great place to connect with other mamas. It is a place where I feel safe and comfortable sharing about my lifestyle choices and preferences. Hopefully you will agree when you join us!” – Theresa Y.
“I wanted to start learning about healthy, natural pregnancy before I got pregnant, and I wanted a one-stop shop. There is so much information out there, and I like that the program is packaged for me to avoid information fatigue! The information in the videos is thorough and helpful. Linking to other sources of research and information makes the viewpoints of the program seem well-researched and grounded.” – Jane T.
